Hi I’ll be in dsm later tonight . Any where good to eat ? Is everything take out I assume ?

Current restrictions allow for dine-in. But every bar and restaurant needs to close at 10pm. So plan accordingly for no late night food. Masks are required in Iowa in all public places while not eating and drinking.
