As for the 100 L1 tip - this type of exaggerated tipping really has a negative effect on the overall market as it inevitably leads to GPS. This is doubly the case here in Houston as it is essentially a market where providers arrive as retirees, i.e. almost impossible to find any providers under 30, and the median age is late 40s early 50s. Just pitiful when you think about it.
