Planning a Trip After Christmas!! First Time In Shreveport!

Hey everyone!
So, as you can tell by the title of this thread, I am planning a trip to head to Shreveport after Christmas!!
My trip will most likely be Saturday-Tuesday!!
This will also be my VERY FIRST TIME IN TOWN!

I am needing recommendations y'all!
BEST RESTAURANTS, PLACES TO VISIT, ETC.??
Also, are alot of things closed down due to COVID?
