I've seen both (Evelyn recently) and neither are in my top tier.

I saw Evelyn and Barbie together. Turns out that they are actual biological sisters, and so they didn't do anything with each other. Barbie was definitely the better one. Evelyn I sweet, but nothing compared to her sister.

Saw Barbie...wasent bad. But the pics were little old. Newest pics are more representative. It was what I thought it would be.
