Shootings up 104% in NYC - thanks Warren Wilhelm Jr.

The Mayor in NYC, hated by almost everyone, has allowed shootings to go up by 104% in NYC this year.

Since 96% of the victims are minorities - only 29 out of 1495 victims are white - perhaps Warren is a closet Nazi who delights in blacks killing blacks?
