It's so cold out here! I'm driving up to Lubbock Thursday for the weekend. How are the roads, water outages and power going up there? Anything I need to be aware of?

No rolling blackouts so far today...roads are ok...just be careful

City of Lubbock announced rolling blackouts this morning. Roads are slick but passable.

Thx for the heads up boys! It was a Beautiful Snow White drive all the way up! Roads where clear! I made it Safely! Power on and water running! Now who's gonna come keep my warm?
