Amarillo Good Eats & Treats

I have beeen trying to Get Home (OKC) Since Sunday. Coming From L.A. Plane Got Cancelled In Denver To OKC. So I finally Got On Greyhound and Get To Amarillo And Get Stuck. So I'm Here For The Night....


What Can I Get To Eat Good and A Good Mixed Drink

Got stuck because no bus to OKC? I-40 is open all the way so it's not the weather.

Lots of places to eat and drink in Amarillo. Depends on the part of town you are in and what you like.

The bus was late this morning. I got here at 5:53 it was supposed to be here at 6:15. It did not arrive until 12. I wasn't sitting at nasty Ass Amarillo Bus Station. But Trust Me I definitely Wasn't Asking Your Rude Ass. You know I Don't Do You.

Public transportation has been acting SOOOOO funny this last year.
Cancelling and postponing routes.
Using Covid as an excuse.
Between Covid and the worst winter storm this state has seen all transportation is iffy.

I'm sure the crazy snow getting to Amarillo from Colorado is why the bus delay.
If your going to be stuck in any city That's a good one. TOO BAD I AM GOING TO BE A DAY LATE too meet up.
If they cancel again for what ever reason let me know....

Hey Babe! I just saw your post. You have probably eaten by now. Since it is late, if you are still hungry go to the Big Texan Steak Ranch. In the morning there are several good places for breakfast.
Cracker Barrel (I-40)
Ye Old Pancake Station (south of I-40 on Virginia Circle)
Waffle House (Coulter St)
