No, not Chanel... this woman is literally over 60 and grandmotherly.

She would be a much better provider if her TCB skills didn't suck. No customer service skills just likes to waste your time and then text you randomly at 2 on a Tuesday afternoon to see if you can meet.

I gave her another try Thursday and had same result. Had an appointment setup. I showed up near the location. Contacted her and after she would not respond and I had left she texted me 45 minutes later to see if I was still waiting
