I've seen her ads as well. She's on STG mostly and has posted alot of ads in Minot, Bis and Fargo. Sumosearch has over 500 listings for her....my guess is she's legit, however, I can't find a review for her anywhere but I'm pretty limited as far as other sites like EM, TER or P411.
