If I recall, isn't the old Lucky Haven location now a small pharmacy? and the old New York New York is an Insurance sales office?

I'm sure the Appraisal value is way down in the neighborhood. That tornado from 18 months ago didn't help.

Probably a good idea to be sure. Last I drove past the old LH and #1 strip center ALL spaces had new legitimate businesses operating there with no vacant space.

I thought the area was "cleaned up" because of zoning issues and a school?

If so, even if they open there will be a lot of eyes on them.
