Will Derek Chauvin be guilty of any count or completely walk?

I thought his attorney put the jury to sleep and did a rather poor job. Not that the prosecution was much better however.
I think he will get manslaughter. What do you all think?

I hope he gets off, the rioting would be fun to watch, but agree that he’s likely to get manslaughter.

1. The defense's first witness felt more like a prosecution witness.

2. The prosecution fucked up on a carbon dioxide test they failed to follow up on and dismantle. (If you followed the trial, you know what I'm talking about. Yes . . . I'm drinking right now and I don't want to look for the news report.)

The main witness for Chauvin on Wednesday was Fowler, a former chief medical examiner for the state of Maryland. He is a white man who was born in Zimbabwe and attended medical school in South Africa during the apartheid era. He is named in a pending lawsuit filed by the family of a Black teen in Maryland who died after three police officers remained on top of his handcuffed body for more than six minutes. Fowler ruled that death an accident. He testified Wednesday that the cause of Floyd’s death was “undetermined.”
