For better or worse it seems like a common practice. I did a quick scan through the first 3 studios in the "week 3" update that was posted. IMO, the only sets of pictures that didn't look like glam shots were Cat of K-Fest, Abby of Lovely Angels and Lily of Asian Stars.

Absolutely nothing wrong with that. I was just making the observation that glam / photoshop type images seem to be much more common.
