I'd like to know why the reviewer didn't talk about this to Brook Lynn when she states on their web site to let her know.

I dunno, but something seems off . . . or perhaps this is the worst luck of anyone ever; can't even get lucky when paying for it? At the same establishment and at around the same time?

The truth may not be pretty but its still the truth . I would not harass management over a few dollars at a hobbyist spot. I would simply share my experience and move on. It happens... no biggie

It is hit and miss with bdworx, at least for me.
