Yeah, yeah, yeah.
As we've previously discussed.
I've had Texas BBQ and it's too dry.
Sugarland: Brookstreet and Kings.
Wacko: Rudy's, Vitek's, Jasper's and of course Kelly's (cause it is that close to Extraco Center)
And in some forgotten west Texas small village: Rudy's and The Shack.

It is what it is.
And btw don't get me going on Texas whiskey

I'm a Crown Royal fan myself so you won't hear me touting Texas whiskey.

Texas barbecue absolutely sucks out loud. Rubs have no taste, mesquite tastes awful and ribs everywhere I tried were overcooked. It’s so bad that if you dare order beans they give you a cup of pinto beans. SMDH. I would eat Carolina BBQ before Texas. And I do food for a living I am a CEC.

I apologize for to for whoever took you those places thinking you were getting good Texas bbq. Go to Snows, Coopers, Blacks, Hard 8, and quite a few more.

There are things I love about bbq from everywhere. KC burnt ends, Carolina pulled pork, Memphis dry rubs. I love them all.

I’m here for the breast, butts, thighs. Lol.

Yes, Memphis is the king.
If you visit KC even on an infrequent basis, try set up prebooks.
