Escape in Odessa temporary closed?

Does anyone have any insight as to why Escape is temporary closed? Or at least that has been the automated voice message when calling.

I believe they were closed by TABC for being accused of over serving a man that killed 4 people in June on a drunk driving crash.

Cookie, told me she was going home to Tulsa after the 4th.

They were closed for renovations. I stopped by a few weeks ago and there was a sign on the door.

Have they opened back up? Has anyone been back?

They are definitely open I was just there Friday night.
