Legal question

I know there are all sorts of intelligent posters on this site and I'm in some shit right now. I was wondering if text messages can stick in court. It has nothing to do with my hobby activities its more along the lines of I believe espionage. (CO. theft). All they have are texts that aren't real clear on what was done but do pertain to the case. If you need more details pm me. THANX all.
Good morning RobbThrobb and sorry to hear of your woes and I sent you a PM......

In all sincerity ==> I'd consider posting your query here and list your location as different states have various statutes regarding electronic transfers of information:

Way too many many "wannabees and jail house lawyers" around here...

The short answer is this. If it can be authenticated, that is to say they can determine with pretty good certainty who sent the message, then they are generally admissible.
