Has anyone gone to Smokebox BBQ Cafe in Tiffany Springs?

Hello Everyone,

Will be heading to KC from here in Chicago arriving on soon.
and visiting for awhile. I am asking because I love Bar-BQ and being in that area first time, just curious if anyone has been there.

Any input would be appreciated.
In the meantime wishing everyone the best in health and happiness
and enjoy your day as best you can.

Yes. It is good but smokehouse bbq ar the next exit south in the zona rosa shopping center is way better . Barry road and i29.. zona rosa is the mini "plaza" up north by the airport. From tiffany springs you can take i29 or congress ave or the 129 frontage road (prairie view) 1 mile south to barry road.

I was going to suggest Iron Horse in Platte City but, they unfortunately have closed as of 07/17.
Tin Kitchen in Weston is good if you feel like taking a little drive. Also a nice little town for shopping and walking around.
Slaps in KCK is also popular.

Yes Tin Kitchen in Weston. A fav place, but a bit of a drive. Weston also has a Distillery that has tours. And downtown Westen has dozens of cute shops to browse through. Last, a couple quaint hotels to take civies to. Very handy to that beginner ski slope Snow Creek just north of Weston, if the date wants to learn and then tag along on a Colorado winter trip.

I'll add Wabash BBQ also, in Excelsior Springs. Also over thataway is Elms hotel. Another of the quaint take a civie to hotels.
There's also the water park in Tiffany Springs if you brought your bikini ;-)
Play date ?

If your going to visit Weston, just go to the American Bowman restaurant and then visit O'Malley's Pub. It is 3 stories underground below it.

There is always Arby's for a good smoked roast beef bbq sandwich, for those low on money.
