City Butcher hands down. It's really the only good bbq in Springfield in my opinion, but I'm from KC so very picky.

My top choices are Buckinghams on Campbell (across from Bass Pro) and Bubba's (near By-Pass & Chestnut Expy). An alternate would be Whole Hog Cafe on N Glenstone.
