I did some digging on this one. She's been around for a while. She is (or was) based out of Greensburg, and she was fairly regularly posting ads for a while, a year or two ago. Here's some older ads:

I definitely remember seeing the pics in the gray dress, the black dress, the black robe, the gray form-fitting shirt, and the black one-piece swimsuit before. And I remember that I was really interested in seeing her at the time, but couldn't get motivated to schlep all the way out to Greensburg to do it. I will note that in her old ads, as well as her current ad, her pics really don't show much skin (especially around the belly area) and that gives me some pause. Looking at the progression of her pics, it does appear that she had some significant weight loss at one point.
