one follow up.
after i got back to my home, i was checking on P411 for some other staycation appt arrangements.
when i logged in, i found out that Laura had given me an update okay on P411 soon after i left her incall without my even requesting one !!! (i had planned on doing so)
now that's what i call deliteful customer service!!!
