She's the mama at this place. It's always her and Nana. They had a hot Cici there for a while but I believe Nana was jealous as more people requested Cici and they pushed Cici out. Cici may be the only Amp girl in Pittsburgh that was hotter than Winnie and moved around the table the same way.

It's like with a TV show or movie. If we don't like what is on the screen what do we do? We change the channel. If we don't like an Amp girls looks or if they beg for money, simply leave. It's not worth wasting money and time for a "Pittsburgh yes" maybe if people stopped giving money to the older grannies the AMP owners would be forced to bring in hot young talent. When forced with the option of shutting down or bringing in good talent I'd bet they'd prefer to do the latter option.
