I need to find a private owned landlord, and out of mckeesport. If anyone can help, or point me in the right direction, I would appreciate it. Thanks!

Are you saying you want a rental in McKeesport or one not in Mckeesport? Along with me, a large number of the landlords in the area have sold their rental properties as they've become vacant. The current high market prices and the losses incurred as a result of the eviction moratorium have driven many of us to cahs out. The longer the moratorium goes on, the harder it will be to find a quality rental.
