About 98% of the ads where the "Location" field is not an actual location (the name of an area, a city or town, a nearby landmark, etc.), are fake. Hints: "Incall" is not a location. Nor is "Outcall". "Hotel" is not a location. "With You" is not a location. "Independent" is definitely not a location. "Online" is not even remotely a location.
Borderline cases: any location listed that's very generic, like "Downtown" or "Airport", is suspicious (just about any major city will have a downtown, or an airport). Compass directions (North/East/South/West) are not locations ("So, like, you're 'north' of where, exactly?")
Other red flags: Anything that looks like a legit location, but doesn't really exist in this area. For example, "East Side" or "West Side" - yes, there is an east side of Pittsburgh, and a west side of Pittsburgh, but nobody that's actually from here calls them that.
The scammers do this so they can post exactly the same ad in multiple cities, without having to customize them for each individual city they post in.

Saw that one before & it just screamed "fake". I love playing "spot the fake" with these ads. Like the women who claim to be "in Pittsburgh", but the Palm Trees & Beach in the background kinda says "not even close".
