Crappy health insurance

OK, so I just learned that my so so insurance won't fully cover me for some physical my doc says I need. Any good ideas on how to get a good rate at a reputable shop in Houston (or Katy)? Thanks!!!

oh yeah, left out one important word. therapy. i need physical therapy and my insurance wont cover that. Need to work on my knee and lower back.
