IF (a) the massage were better, or (b) if I thought there was any chance she might upgrade me from coach (L1) to at least to premium economy (DATY) - never mind business journey (BJ) - then I would likely become a regular because she's a sweet young lady and a true beauty.

I am not certain that either option is available, even on a YMMV basis, and I would be hesitant to invest my bodyrub budget only to find out that I already know all that I will ever know and nothing more.
