Scam alert

I think I may have been (or perhaps more accurate, will be) ripped off. I paid a deposit a couple weeks ago for Selene Devi for this Friday the 8th and now everything has been deleted - Linktree, Tryst, Twitter, Pintrest, all gone. I don't have a PD account so I admittedly didn't checked that earlier, but when I look now, even though I can't read the full reviews I see several reports of a scam.

Twitter: @theselenedevi
Email:SeleneDevi@pm.me

I thought I had done enough research. Everything looked legit. Advertised prices were typically out of my price range but I thought, you only get to do this once or twice a year, it's time to really treat yourself.

I've seen providers who don't want or have reviews. I've paid deposits before with no trouble. I've even paid in full prior to the date with no trouble. Felt like we hit it off in initial emails. But now I have the feeling I got scammed, as there's been nothing but radio silence thru email so far this week.

Anybody recognize this "provider" or remember seeing the ad on Tryst? The only red flag, if you can even call it that, was there is nothing on Eccie about this provider except this post:
https://www.eccie.net/showthread.php...ht=selene+devi

Also, I assume I have no recourse through CashApp?

Lesson learned I guess - trust Eccie! Feel free to PM if you don't want to post a reply for whatever reason (or if you want to help a brother who has to save up for another 6 months now! lol).
I remember the ad on Tryst. It piqued my interest because I though she might really be Indian with a name like Devi, or at least a Tantrika.

Don't feel too bad. We've all been there, bro.

The Private Delights link says, no show twice, no communication, scammer, stole money.
I would report her to your three listed links and any others she posts on. Try to get a hold of her first before you do to see if she will make it right.

Well I remember her ads. Once I saw the deposit, that was it. Well I would say she will be a no show. Yes there could be a reason that she can't get back to you. First would be getting caught in a sting. In a coma in the hospital or her name is on a death certificate. I deal with people like this in the real world. They see nothing wrong with conning or stealing from people. The system never makes them responsible for paying people back. The best thing that could be done is to have an app to post these people on. One that anyone could check them out, at no cost. It would not stop it completely, still it might slow it down.

Never ever pay a deposit to any provider. It doesn't matter that you only need a date a couple of times per year: you should never, never ever, pay a deposit upfront to a provider. You are not a stupid person; quit letting your little head do the thinking and learn to walk away because the pictures have a good chance of being fake.

If it is, do I have any recourse through CashApp in disputing the payment? Or does that just have the potential to come back on me even worse than being out some money - as in, legally. Of course at this point I'm assuming that CashApp account is empty and closed anyway. Any ideas?
Let it go. Chalk it up to experience , take the advice of the board members and move on.

Go find an established provider from this community if you need someone to help lick your wounds.
No show. Scam confirmed.

I would have tried to stop cash app personally. I think you'd have a chance of stopping pymt. Tell them you made an internet purchase but the purchase was never received and you can't contact the seller

Like, I went through screening, so they know who I am - they could come at me or try to blackmail me or something like that. Also I assume Cashapp would also shut down my account for participating in this... activity... Question mark?

He said she said prove what you did it's what you tell cash app. They don't know what the money was for
