FYI. I wasn't getting a reply from AS over the weekend. Booker got back to me today saying they "went on a short vacation" and to come see Grace tomorrow. Lily seems to be on vacation according to their site, so Grace is probably the replacement. If you visit, let us know how she is.

I messaged them today, they told me she was available and I gave them a time, and then immediately got ghosted :/

That sucks. These guys and HDS need to hire a management consulting service.
