If you remember the last administration decided they would hire people who had almost no experience other than being a large donor to old Trumpys campaign. DeVoss, the mail dude- DeJoy, Kudlow- a wanna be washed up turd off of TV, who has a BS degree in history; as the guy in charge of the economy- aka trumps little puppet, and Ben Carson- brain surgeon for ....wait for it...... The only thing he knew about was to never say "nO" to Trump and that hotels are a great way to launder money.
