I have a place up on the mountain....hopefully prices going up!! It's honestly one of the nicest mountain type of destinations from 300 miles in my opinion and has great access. downside- skiing here sucks unless you love ice. But to Bam's point, the ice should be in a glass, which is really the fun part of being up on the mountain. Can't beat some of events that they sponsor up there throughout the year. I'm glad a company who knows winter is buying this place.

I think their snow making has improved MOST OF THE TIME. I think the beginning snowboarders who can’t carve plow a lot of the better snow off to the shaved hardpack. I can recall bullet proof blue ice on North face. There are times when it’s foggier than all get out. I have a pass ski for a couple hours. Call it a day.
