Heffner vs Epstein

Hugh Heffner has been gone for a few years now, but the trial news about Maxwell and Epstein got me honking.

Heffner had what I imagine to be a fantasy lifestyle with wealth, fame and unlimited access to beautiful women. Epstein did too it seems. But Heff managed to keep it all going without seeming to abuse anyone. The perception (on my part anyway) is that everyone had a good time at the Playboy Mansion.

Seems that no one had a good time at Epstein's except him and his male cronies.

The difference in age of the women with Hefner and the girls with Epstein make Epstein a pervert and molester.

I am not defending Heffner. I am pointing out that he managed to stay pretty much above or away from public controversy. And yes, the age of the women was part of Heff's way of doing things. I am not aware of a large pool of women who allege abuse as minors as is the case with Epstein.

Again: not defending Heffner. If there was some sort of abuse, I would expect it to be persued in court.

Trivia, old man heff died a year prior to the announcement.

IF I understood how Heffner did things, many of the women that were in the mansion were actually under contract with Playboy. It is POSSIBLE that a short haircut was a contract issue. Employees often get their butts chewed (not that way perv) when they break a work rule.
