Newbie Guidelines

Okay I have been doing my research, but it seems almost impossible to get started. I have never done this before, so I have not references. Even if you do the P411 it seems like you still need a reference. I hate to sound like a newbie, but any tips.

Get the P411 and look for ladies that are newbie friendly. She gives you her vouch and then you are on your way. And post your review here for PA access http://www.eccie.net/showthread.php?t=24105

Something else you might consider as you get into this world of ours.

How to Use a Burnphone Wisely

- do not register/create an account with any pay-as-you go phones.
- always pay cash for more minutes.
- only turn on the burn phone when needed.
- handle as much of your communication thru an on-line web-browser.
- turn on your phone approx 1-2 hours before appt.
- turn off your phone approx 1-2 hours after appt.
- do not store anything in contacts.
- delete your call history often.

- keep battery separate from the phone during down time.
- if you find an ATF, set up a Safe word for texting/emailing. Find a simple word you will both remember.

Good luck and be safe!

Buy the burnphone with cash...buying all your minutes in cash but the phone on a card defeats the point

If possible, all online doings should be
1. Registered to a burner email addy. Never use your personal or work email for the hobby. Ever.
2. Be aware your ISP is required to keep logs of sites you visit. I personally use a VPN service who keeps no traffic logs, seperates the user and payment accounts, and is paid for as anonomously as I could. But I'm crazy like that.
3. Be aware your computer keeps records of every website you visit. And if you are signed into facebook as you browse these sites so help you God. Programs like ccleaner, or evidence eliminator are useful to cover your tracks from your pc. Again, my personal crazy approach is to access these sites from my android phone thru a vpn tunnel using incognito browsers so it doesn't store cookies etc.

Just some extra thoughts on the topic.

Great points Daratu1. I am going to incorporate them into a "How to Be a Successful Hobbyist" white-paper I keep and disperse when the need arises.
Thanks

I am in the same situation. Never did this either.
I noticed a newbie friendly provider, went to her site, and there is a form that says to fill out your real first and last names, and give them your work info, where you work, and a phone number.

There is NO WAY that I am going to divulge that information, that would be crazy.
Discretion is a must with me....

So, I dont know how to get in the hobby either.

I had joined another board more local to the NE area and had seen that many of the people had seen the ladies from this agency and that the agency had been around for a while. A few other things I had read also helped with the decision.

Please check out the other thread ChicaChaser provided. All good newbie friendly providers will do screening of some kind. Verification services such as P411 or DateCheck (or another one I can't fully remember the name of, I think it's R2000) will all ask for that same info. Plus you pay them a few usually yearly.

If you are concerned about the screening requirements of your newbie friendly lady, I would always recommend emailing or even talking to said lady and CALMLY explain your hesitation. Do not make any judgemental statements or remarks about the screening process. Should those two points be met (no yelling/ranting or judging), they will usually talk with you about it. You can see if they retain that info (almost all do not beyond the time used to finish screening) and any other questions you have.

We all can relate to your situation in one way or another, but at the same time, almost all of us have provided that info at one time or another. Descretion is not only important to you it is absolutely required for good genuine providers and to hobby for any length of time.

Thanks for the tips. I am in a pretty public job, got a wife and kids. So I am really hesitant about giving out my personal info. Have any of you guys been burnt or have you heard of an escort or agency misusing verification info? I like the burner phone recommendation.

Get your P411 verification. Yes you will have to give them your info and be verified. They are very trustworthy and discreet and you will only have to do it once. I would much rather give it once to someone trustworthy than to several providers that you have no idea of. From then on you give your P411 info to the ladies. Most will accept P411 verification, if they don't, move on and find one that does.

I've seen providers off and on for the majority of my life but have been so hesitant to give out any personal information that I'd error of the side of being safe and inevitably end up with providers with no screening practices what so ever. SO....... Last week I finally called P411 on my way home from work. I was just going to call and ask quesions about what I'd exactly have to provide them and such. I was immediately put at ease by the young lady on the other end. She politely explained everything to me and from there she sent me an email with a couple of things needed to prove my identity. It was a lot more trustable and competent than I thought it would be. She walked me through all of the steps and now I have P411 entry level status. I'm going slow and making sure that I have my burner phone and everything but I'm glad I'm here. And you know what? It wasn't that bad... After years of anguish I'd trust them to do it again... Also, I have a very specific job that created a lot of hesitation for me, but I'd rather be safe and I feel a lot safer being here

Hey to you newbies. I'm a new provider and recently joined p411. New providers are in the same boat as you are. We don't know who you are unless you have history on eccie or have p411. Like you, a lot of providers have real jobs and expect discretion from you too. A lot of providers incall is their personal residence and have a lot to risk with you knowing this. Take the perceived low risk gamble with p411. You give your personal info just one time and they dispose it. Also a benefit - some providers give discounts to p411 members. I am because of the ease of pre screening them.
