Service here is all over the place now. Nancy was great here for massage and L1 but now they are doing bait and switch games. I've seen "Nancy" several times in the last year but yesterday I called and made an appointment with her and when I got to the room another lady came in. I told her I had an appointment with Nancy and she tells me that she's Nancy. I informed her that she wasn't the Nancy I wanted and she said that "she only Nancy here".
