There are probably a number of factors in play here. First, she’s gotten burned a bunch of times by “newbs” who set up appointments and then either straight-up no-show or cancel last minute. So, if you are not already on her “recognized” list (even if you’ve seen her before in the AMPs), she may be hesitant - keep trying to make contact and be sure to let her know that you’ve seen her before in the AMPs and which specific AMPs you saw her in. Second, for whatever reason, she gets on a schedule where she stays up very late / early working (based on customers wanting late-night / early-morning appointments) and then she ends up sleeping until noon or after, trying to get rest. Again, keep trying and try to be patient. This will pay off for you in the long run. Third, sometimes she gets tired from working (so much) and needs to take a couple of days just to rest and recharge. This is all just my $0.02. Most customers seem to think that she is worth the patience. And yes, text is the only comm channel that she responds to (not OH2 messages, not phone calls, not emails, etc.). She uses Google Translate on her phone, for her comfort, to interpret the texts she receives. English is not her native language (especially for reading), obviously. I hope all of this helps. NC
