Witness Tampering added to the Trump administration record

In his 73-page legal complaint, filed in a Washington, D.C., federal court, Vindman alleges that following his subpoena, he became the target of “a dangerous campaign of witness intimidation by President Trump and a group of conspirators” in an effort to deter him from testifying.

Among the defendants listed in the federal suit are Donald Trump Jr. and Rudy Giuliani, as well as Trump advisers Dan Scavino and Julia Hahn.

Vindman, who immigrated to the U.S. from the Soviet Union as a child, went on to become a star witness against Trump, providing testimony that included a viral moment in which he describes telling his father not to worry about the risks involved in his bearing witness against a sitting American president.

"He deeply worried about it because in his context, there was the ultimate risk,” Vindman said of his father. He later added, “This is America. This is the country I've served and defended. That all of my brothers have served. Here, right matters.”

Vindman alleges Trump’s allies retaliated against him by temporarily blocking his promotion in the Army and abruptly removing him and his twin brother, Yevgeny Vindman, from their White House posts.

His complaint, which seeks an unspecified amount of damages, alleges two counts of violating federal law prohibiting conspiracy to intimidate and retaliate against a witness.

When people like the Vindmans are penalized for being good soldiers and reporting what they saw, and then removed for doing so, is a reason that anyone involved in the prior administration need to be looked at as a clear and present danger to democracy. What won't they do to silence the truth??

Vindman is a traitor.

Needs hanged, plain and simple.
.... He DID bear witness... FALSE witness - against a sitting President.

... Hmmmm... Hillary's people, the lads from Perkins-Coie did
essentially the same thing. ... 'Course those fellows are
under investigation right now.

Has it not occurred to Vindman, the traitorous "whistleblower", that suing because some mean tweets hurt his feelings that Don Jr. and Rudy will get full discovery on him?

Does he think his false claims and traitorous acts can withstand that scrutiny? This won't be the biased, friendly libtards in Congress asking him the questions and covering up for him

Surely seems that-way to me.

Ever wonder why I'm NOT called out very often over in
political forum? ... Here's why:

Vidman was as false as can be - first with his "Whistleblower
Claim" and then with his testimony... During his Congressional
testimony there, Vidman REFUSED to identify the so-called
Whistleblower... Just said that this person was a member
of the "intelligence community"...

President Trump had surely pulled the rug out from them all
by releasing the whole phone call. ... Which, of course
contained NO quid-pro-quo... The Whistleblower in question,
(Eric Ciaramella) didn't even HEAR the actual phone call
at the time - so his "claim" was second-hand information...

Vidman was the REAL whistleblower - HE heard the phone
conversation and then complained to Adam Schiff.
He and Schiff concocted the scheme of having "somebody else
other than Vidman" being the whistleblower.
CIA fellow Ciaramella became that fellow - but the problem
with revealing his identity was that HE actually worked
with Adam Schiff. ... And once Trump actually released
the phone conversation - they were screwed.

So Vidman LIED about the Whistleblower - and when pressed
- had to admit that the fellow's "complaint" was based
on second-hand information. ... And THAT information
wasn't even accurate. ... It was A LIE. Against the President.

Ever wonder WHY Adam Schiff has almost DISSAPEARED from
the political lime-light?

Now you want some citation? ... Read Byron York's book,
"Obsession: Inside the Washington Establishment's
Never-Ending War on Trump."

... Maybe you'll learn something.

While Vindman may achieve an early victory in this case, first with the positive PR he is garnering and second by fending off any attempt by the defendants to have the case immediately tossed as frivolous, he may soon regret his decision to sue.

Unlike the House proceedings in which Schiff and other defendants ran cover for Vindman, allowing him to refuse to respond to relevant questions, federal discovery will not be so limited. And there will be much the defendants will want to know, such as with whom Vindman discussed the telephone call.

The defendants will also be entitled to question under oath a variety of other witnesses, including the whistleblower. Questions of Vindman’s bias will be fair game as well. Then there will be evidence the defendants will seek to gather to establish Trump had legitimate concerns about Hunter Biden’s involvement with the corrupt Ukrainian company Burisma.

In short, Vindman might just give Trump the impeachment trial he needed, with the witnesses he needed, to establish Vindman worked with the whistleblower and the whistleblower with Schiff to launch the Ukraine hoax.

All patriotic Ukrainians must answer the call now! I guess Vindman isn't a patriot after all.
