North Dallas girlie with questions to my FW friends!

Hiya!
I'm thinking of taking a staycation this weekend or next to Fort Worth with my chihuaha/security personnel/bff Pablo.

We will likely get an Airbnb or doggie friendly hotel.

First question: Is there a good area of Fort Worth that is central and accessible for playmates while still being near good food and outdoor park areas?

Second: Any recommendations of dog friendly restaurants or venues? If not dog friendly, any must-try restaurants to order in?

Thanks for the info!
North FTW has some decent restaurants, but not many parks. May want to look near the cultural district
If you look in the area around the zoo you will find a few hotels near the park and Trinity Trails (around South University). There are a few restaurants in that area too.

I don't know if you have been to the Stockyards but there is a place called Second Rodeo that is a Bar with a huge outdoor area dog friendly with food and drinks. I stumbled into it and glad I did as it's a cool place to hang out.

The gal I was with could not stop talking about the sexy pictures of men in the Ladies Room and in the Mens Room I was expecting something similar but it was pictures of Old Women holding Cats.....the place is a bit different LOL.

You might wanna check out this dog restaurant off Bryant Irvin.

I love the Seventh Street district. It's right on the Trinity River walking and bike paths, tons of top restaurants within walking distance, and if you like art, the Museum is also walking distance and it has some of the best museums in the world.

I know of one dog park by the Montgomery building, but I just don't know about dog-friendly restaurants.
