I prep my own meals so, I stay away from restaurants (For now. Once I hit my next milestone and my trainer gives me the "okay", then I'll be eating the shit out of a couple of pounds of boiled crawfish once a week ). However, stay warm/stay safe/have safe travels and enjoy your stay hon!

Crawfish is extremely healthy and can be eaten on a diet. It contains no carbs, close to no fat and very low on calories.
