No change sir. A mod is a mod anywhere on the site. Each respective city has assigned mod's but sometimes you will see mod's from other area's assist while visiting, passing through, etc etc. Rest assure your local mod is informed of any intervention performed by others.......In my case I politely offered a helping hand while visiting San Antonio.
