I have been trying to set something up with her, but she doesn't respond. I feel like this is just with me, cause everyone else seems to say she is good at communicating. Maybe my number is close to someone she has a problem with (she has never seen me, nor have I given a reason for her to dislike me already), may have to get a new number.

There are some providers that do respond and some that flat out dont for me. Sometimes if they didnt feel like working that week they wont respond. See if she responds to one but not the other. Do that a couple of times, and see if it's just bad luck or something else. All the girls can go with entire days/weeks where they don't respond to messages.
