Texarkana

Thought it kind of weird some of the sites still have Texarkana under The Texas State

I would of moved that over to Arkansas as soon as that new law hit.
EM and STG got it under Texas still AS and p411 got it under Arkansas.
World definitely choose posting under Arkansas over Texas any day
even here its under East Texas instead of Arkansas
