I feel as if over the last few years GFE (girlfriend experience) has become highly subjective when in my time it never was. You sorta knew what to expect at minimum of a lady was GFE. There’s no such thing as light gfe.
Gfe to me is similar to an experience with a real life responsible girlfriend. I feel at minimum she needs to provide these things below.

I feel GFE would include kissing and a generally more passionate experience. Like with a woman you are in a relationship with.

I think the view of it is generational. I came up during a time that AIDS and Pregnancy were things to avoid and so condoms were used regularly unless you were in relationship where you trusted the girl to 1) take her pill daily and 2) not be out fucking around. Unfortunately, we guys tended to have 3-4 of this relationships ongoing simultaneously. In my college days, birth control was available but most girls weren't on the pill until the were near graduation. Most Freshman girls weren't on the pill in high school so also weren't on it in college. All while I was in my early career, everyone fucked alot and condoms were pretty regularly used in random encounters, one night stands and hook-ups.
The exception to that was when I was in the military we fucked with wreckless abandon without any protection. Mainly because we were all tested for STDs and particularly AIDS and most females were on the pill at least in AIT and the 1st couple of years of their duty assignment. Otherwise, we used rubbers.
This younger generation 20s to mid 30s are essentially post AIDS (from their view at least) and unfortunately they aren't all that bothered by the idea of getting pregnant. Some wear it as a badge of honor. And of course having birth control is so cheap and easy those that want it have it. So they are used to BB and bring it into the hobby. I don’t think I can disagree, as I don’t do PSE but my thinking was it was more akin to what you expect to see in porn than making porn. If that makes sense. On the topic of BBJ and BBFS i think people who do this often should get tested often, say weekly if thats possible. That goes for both parties of man and woman. Both parties show results and if both are clean i see no issue in going for it. Not to say that is totally risk free but it atleast significantly reduces risk and puts everyone more at ease.
But un reality no one will do that because of lazyness and if you ask for a test result they will consider it an insult even if you show yours. Its a shame really as i think it can work out that way. Of course there are at home test kits to make this process easier but im not sure of the accuracy of that.
