Cute and legit? Anyone see her?

This lady popped up in Houston today and appears to float between Atlanta and Houston. Incall is a nice apartment near U of H but she only accepts PayPal or Zelle, which I find so weird. Says it’s to stop harassment and avoid fake bills.

I’ll bet you’ll get an address and then when you arrive, you need to send her a deposit to get the apartment number..
