like - did she look like her photos, what her place in a nice location, what was were attitude towards you and the meeting/interaction, were there restrictions/no's that you wished werent there, etc.
esp at 400/hr, i'd want to know more about her if i were gonna lay down those greenbacks.

"w[as] her place in a nice location" - Here I made a bad assumption that people would know NW Plano so that's on me. It's nice but not brand new. On the other hand, I lived on the south side of Chicago so it's all relative. I'd like living at her location. (Yard could use a little attention if that matters to you).
