Client appreciation raffle

Okay so I have been thinking about this for a while now. Raffling off free/discounted session(s). So basically how it would work is person would get one ticket for every 30 minutes spent. And in a month's time I would pick a winner. Like a first, second and third place winner. So my question is, do you think this is a good idea? Do you know anyone who has done this before? Any suggestions, advice, comments are welcome.

This actually sounds like kind of a fun idea. Although, if I were to win, it may be awkward explaining to my significant other why I'm singing "I've got a golden ticket!" so enthusiastically.

I thought about having an appreciation card.
Like a business card...
That I keep here with maybe initials only on them, or something discreet...maybe the number they use...
Anyway...punch holes and after an allotted number of visits they get a deep discount...
But I really don’t think it would make a difference.

I know when I’ve had those kind of cards it didn’t make a difference in the deciding factor of if I wanted to go there... not like I thought...
Hey someday I’ll get a discount if I make more visits..

But Raven to answer your question...you’re a boss lady it’s your choice to do with your business as you please...
What will it hurt to try it? I say... do what YOU believe is right for YOUR business!
