How do I verify to become provider

Hello, I'm not sure who to ask. But my account says verified upgraded female account I don't know what the difference is between that and provider account but I'm trying to verify to be able 2 verify and become a provider not sure what the rules are on that anymore. I've noticed that most females have a profile picture and whereas I do have pictures uploaded on my profile I don't have any profile pictures for some reason the option is not located on my if somebody can guide me in the right direction thank you

I believe you need to get a couple of encounter reports to get the verified provider status.
