Dang! I think you are right but I was only wishful thinking. My guess is the landlord was getting too much pressure to renew the lease. It is only a guess. That place was a gem.

I only went to the Shade in Plano or Luxury, Juju Bee and Sun Spa on Harry Hines. all a distant memory. Any recommendations on a similar business model anywhere now?

I would think the women will still stick around and work at other places.
And people who know (I don't, since i have never been there) won't tell.

I am hearing a rebirth of some of the old addresses is underway for full service spa sessions. Too far to drive for a rumor. Has anyone made a sighting or can validate it? There was mention of it on the Dallas-Studio thread but I cannot remember which one it was on.

Julie is planning to open an new place in about 2 months, but most of the old Shade girls are not coming back. The girls are not getting along with Julie too well for some reason.

I heard this news from 2 separate sources, so it's probably true. I have no other detail, and I've no interest to find out more. Just want to pass along this information that I just happen to come across.

Started going to mapleshade when it opened not much there at that time but it has been seriously built up with apartments and businesses.

Had some great times with Paris and Jennifer, there were a couple of milfs over time that provided great massages and eventually working in full service I think Coco was one probably in her 40s, last saw her several years ago. I doubt very much there will ever be another spa in this location too many potential issues.

Last time I was there walking to the door and there is a 40 something year old mom knocking on the door, she asks me what goes on in this place my husband's phone location is here. I turned around and went back to work and never came back.

Moved on to other opportunities they are out there just got to find and work them over mates!

Good thing to maybe look forward to is that Julie might put together another rock star team for us all. She can call it ShadeMaple for all I care as long as she brings back old days.

Have seen a few amps recently and looks like the quality of yesteryears is coming back. And, this time the quality is spread around the city instead of being concentrated around harry hines.
