Across the river from U of R. Her street might not be terrible, but you go through some rough patches to get there. My plan would be to try for late morning or early afternoon on the coldest day in February. Not an area I want to be in at night or on a hot day. Not that anybody is looking to bother you, but if you just happen to be driving down the street when trouble starts….She told me she doesn’t drive, so she’s pretty much stuck where she is.
