In fairness, she does seem a bit fragile. But I guess I got from her adds she’s a bit no nonsense so I approached her with that in mind and tried to be very precise and follow her rules. I don’t know her life story obviously but I assume she’s had some bad clients and is maybe a bit reactive if triggered. But I tried to be very calm, polite etc and I had a good time.
