Asian cowgirl position is basically the same as cowgirl with the exception of standing on your feet instead of kneeling; this increases the thrusting position; cowgirl is more of a sliding/thrusting position, whereas asian cowgirl is more of a direct thrust..

Done it many times, a great workout for you leg muscles and more, but can't go as long as doing regular CG or RCG. CG is my favorite overall position.
