Could some of you lads give a heads up on how amps work? The scene is barren right now, so I'm looking for alternative routes. Much appreciated, I don't wanna look like an idiot.

I am assuming you wanting a guaranteed good time with little hastle? If I am correct, I always tell the truth if I have been there before when asked, but say it was recommended by a good friend.

If you are actually looking for a true AMP experience, head over to almost any AMP that has ever had a yes recommendation, but your ending will be based on your negotiation skills. You can usually go for the hour and get a decent massage followed by a HR for around 100 without too much back and forth.

Easiest way to describe it is to compare the experience to everyone's favorite childhood song.

You walk in get undressed, pay the hour fee only (never tip til the end no matter what)

If you want to shoot for mpops flip early

Read the Amp sections and buy some private access to see the rest of the story -(ROS).

A lot of places will offer "extras" once you establish a rapport with them. Many are know to provide "handshake", and without much negotiating.

Again check the local AMP section for any city you're planning on visiting.

Relative to the Pittsburgh scene, there are ebbs and flows on the availability of spas, but last time I had done a little compilation, there was over 90 places withing a hour of downtown -so barren wasteland, would not be a description is use. What I would say is that the age of providers is older here vs other towns, but there is certainly enough places in our town, and enough mongers to keep them in business.
