The level of upsell at this place is ridiculous.

It's good that you gave a No and in all honesty it should be a NO, don't give any benefit of doubt to these upsell, mechanical hos with GPS.
I guess in 2023 we should make a mission of totally making these kind out of business, alas with all the influx into DFW area, we have thousands of people with dick in their hand and Dollar in their pockets are rushing and keep giving business and paying these kinds to keep them afloat, once a few years back you get a really good service for half the today's price because there was real competition and not many fools with money.
